My stay at Wyndham Manhasset was extremely disappointing. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The check-in process took 15 minutes, and the room I booked was misleading—the pictures showed a large bathtub, but I ended up with a standing shower unless I paid extra. Since my booking was non-refundable, I had no choice but to stay. Room was clean, certainly not fancy or high end. Staff was courteous and relaxed. Overall enjoyed my stay.
Had a meeting nearby and thought it would be a great idea to commute from here to the office. The towels in the bathroom were damp. The Room looked more a tv motel. Now I understand why the rooms were $100. I did not even stay. I took a car service back.
you guys kicked my friend out for being a woman and having a period, after she asked for her room to not be entered so she could have time to clean it, period stains are not worthy of removal from a property. it seems your management has poor training.
