Room was clean , hot breakfast was great .
Older building that could use upgrading. Top jets in hot tub didn't work, steam room door wouldn't close properly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, as staff couldn't keep up with the average flow of people. Breakfast room furniture is too big to allow ease of movement in the room. A number of small issues that would be addressed by upgrading.
I just tried to book a room for my grandson who needs to see a specialist who just happens to be located in Lloydminister. I was told if it was a third party it would have to be a business booking. I said okay I will book under a business card. Then I was told they do not take cash, over the phone authorization or forms through email and the card would not be accepted because I am not booking for a business matter... etc etc etc. Already upset, I asked to speak to the manager. Pretty good hotel, breakfast is good. Pool area is very nice! Staff are professional, special shoutout to marylin she was super friendly!
It was a really good hotel for the price. The slides were super fun. The fitness room needs much better ventilation way too hot and humid. The TV needs to be repositioned it should be at the foot of the bed not beside it. Staff was super nice and the breakfast lady was the best. Hope to come back next year
