Paid for room thru Priceline, lost my wallet so have no idea, but have a picture of it on my phone said they can’t use that and wouldn’t give me my room
Bed wasn't very comfortable. Hotel duplicated charge because their system didn't show payment through Booking.com. They refused to refund the amount, despite instruction from Booking.com and did not provide update calls as promised. After several attempts with hotel staff and manager, thankfully, Booking.com refunded me directly.
I’m not leaving a review I’m leaving a warning. This is not an inviting environment. There are people who live at this hotel. Like others have said, the non smoking rooms smell like aunt Fridas house that she smoked in for 20yrs. The shower head was falling off the wall. The only good thing about this hotel was the A/C. To top it all off the receptionist was one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant people I’ve met.
