Watch out if you take your dog for a walk ...needles everywhere...discusting. the pool is empty and hot tub. look to be in need of repair. Too expensive.

My wife and I were caught in the Air Canada flight cancellations and were forced to drive from Ottawa to Vancouver. We booked our stay thinking we would be able to make it to Kenora but after traffic and other delays, we realized that we would struggle to make it that far. The room and hallways smell so bad. I needed to ask for an air fresher. The beds were uncomfortable and it was higher price then advertised on the internet. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in.

This was one of the only places with vacancy when we were passing through kenora. When getting out of the vehicle, another hotel guest quickly warned us we were in a sketchy area and to not leave anything in the car as some shady individuals liked to hang out in the area. We got into the room, looked around, and immediately called the hotel next door. The carpet was disgusting, it smelled bad, and overall was very dingy and gross feeling.
