I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Got there the night of Sept 29th, 2025. I reserved my room on Expedia. I had already had a bad day and just wanted to get into my room. But here is where the hell began. The 1st man could not find my reservation so he called Leticia the so called manager. What a joke. She could not find my reservation within the Wyndym so called system. Then she calls wyndym they told her the reservation was there. But it was not. Very comfortable with nice employees. Really miss having the onsite restaurant. The airport pickup and ferry drop off makes this a good choice when we travel thru Juneau.

If you plan to do anything in Juneau, stay in town. Although it’s only 7 miles from downtown, it takes a minimum of $50 to get to town and back by Lyft and more by cab. Internet reception ranges from extremely slow to nonexistent many times. There is no A/C and with the windows open, it gets loud when airplanes and float planes take off. It was warm when I was here and I got hot. They have an airport shuttle, which makes it convenient if you are only flying out.
