Run and DO NOT BOOK this hotel. This is the most disgusting 🤢 roach and rat infested hotel ever. If I can give zero stars I could. The owners are scammers and I’m reporting this place to the health department and city it needs to be shut down. I walked in and immediately roaches and a rat ran right out the door. I was traumatized!! I asked for my refund and the manager promised to refund me but the owner came in and declined my refund through Vio! This was the worst hotel experience ever. The room housed a very bad mold smell. The carpet was extremely dirty. There were gnats flying around the room. And dead water bugs everywhere. Please run don’t walk away. The stay is not worth the money or headache.

My god! I have never been somewhere with so many roaches and horrible smell and horrible stains on the towels. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The shower curtain hat dried snot on it. And the bugs were EVERYWHERE! This was the more horrible experience I've ever had! I would have paid more but they're was nothing available and my flight had been canceled. Dear God dont ever let me be in a situation like this again! It was HORRIBLE!!!!

Avoid this place if a wyndham member im a diamond member never been to a place this bad of a wyndham and won't give your points back. It smelled very bad and was very nasty no smoke alarm above bed missing wires hanging out of ceiling stains all over the furniture and floors door in bathroom falling apart dirty towels one dirty sheet on bed. All doors are locked have to walk over to the howard johnson hotel to check in all the lobby doors are also locked have to wait for someone to talk to.
