Horrible service and dirty room. We were told before we booked that we would be accommodated with a pack-&-play for my 1.5 year old daughter. When we checked in, they told us very rudely that they didn't have any and they wouldn't help us out with it at all. The room key wouldn't work and they refused to help us with that as well. The water didn't get hot, the heat in the room didn't work at all.
