What a disappointing stay! I arrived around 10:30 PM on March 27th, with a reservation. I was greeted by an extremely rude and ill-mannered receptionist. I asked a few questions and he didn't even answer, acting as if he were overworked. To make matters worse, the card he gave me didn't work; it showed an error. This was the second hotel I stayed at for a two night stay. The first hotel had the water cut off. Whit that said I could take a shower and flush the toilet. This hotel needs to be repaired. Stayed in room 510. When we went inside the first thing I noticed was the screws loose on the door knob, holding the deadbolt in, it was so loose it almost fell out. I keep a tool bag in the trunk I did tighten them up. The striker plate in the door frame was missing screws. The fold over deadbolt on the inside was broken. Supposed to be... read more
