First of all when we booked a reservation it took us 4 calls to get a confirmation email, they got annoyed at us for it.. but it’s their job, second the room was absolutely disgusting especially the bed. We go down to the lobby to ask if the house maids could change our bed sheets, the front desk basically denied their service and told us they will switch us to a new room. the new room was the exact same… we go downstairs for the 2nd time to ask them the bed is aswell dirty and mostly beg them to do their job. we get told th... read more
The room stinks . Smells like mold . Very dirty i asked them to clean the room they skip it . Building looks like its gonna fall apart the site pics ain't what it looks like . Carpets gross . Wouldn't come again thats for sure .
