I tried finding a way outside in the morning, tried making it to the bottom floor and find a door to go outside. But I got locked in the stairway and had to use the exit in the stairs. Anybody who has kids that like to look around, risk having them locked in the stairway and forced to leave the building to get back in, so I guess people with older kids need to be aware. I booked this hotel based on location/price/amenities. When we got to hotel we were given a room on 3rd floor(upgraded room which we speciaifcally booked, elevator was broken (cheap owners and management to fix it apparently broke for quite some time and a very good way to loose customers) and no way we were able to go to 3rd floor. So they gave us a downgraded room on 1st floor it was not renovated and very dated also was sticky floor and had garbage in the room, so they moved us to a much better room which we were happy wi... read more

Stayed here last year as a cheaper option for a convention at the Wyndham next door and had a pleasant experience, however this year it has drastically declined. It is still a great price for the area with lots of food options around but it is now *too* cheap. This time the pool was still broken, the elevators were down and have been for over a month, windows leaked during rainstorms, and a LARGE mold spot was under the toilet in the bathroom. The staff were aweaome and did their best to make things right but we couldn't get passed the lack of care when cleaning the rooms. Both rooms we booked were lacking and we ended up going elsewhere.
