The rooms are adequate but rundown, rooms need repairs and beds are saggy but pillows were good. Breakfast however not so much. The time is only 8-10am and is a tiny corner of the lobby so every family staying was lined up filling the entire lobby. And the front desk lady was alone and also in charge of the Breakfast area. She did her best however things ran out while she was busy at the desk so the entire line up had to wait.

I chose the room facing the river. It was a great view. (see pic of morning view) However the room, itself was something to be desired. I think the bed was made by a child. It was very wrinkled. The bedspread type thing on one bed was king size and hung down to the floor. The 2nd bed's bedspread was maybe for a twin bed. Every time we entered the room my granddaughter made a comment about the smell. We arrived after a 7+ hour drive and at check in asked if there was a washroom.... 'no' was the response.
