Everything was clean and nice everyone was so helpful

The TV doesn't work and when I contacted the front desk, they said they couldn't help me because the maintenance man was gone, but that other guests had experienced the same problem. So, I guess they don't plan to fix the problem. Also, there is no ice bucket in the room. There is one ice machine in the lobby, but you have to bring your own bucket if you want ice in your room. There is no parking at the front door for guests checking in.
Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Hotel is clean and Penny's Diner was delish!!!
