I booked this room at 11:00 p.m.. I was informed I would receive a queen size bed and a confirmation of payment that required me to download an app. Upon my arrival somehow my credit card /confirmation was declined. I provided the same credit card number although when I did it online it used the virtual credit card number but it is the same credit card Although I received king size bed I was informed by the clerk at the desk that they could not provide me a key to my room and they would have to manually let me in and out. Customer service war great location was away from traffic and overall it was good and the only thing I wish they had included was food
