This property should not carry Wyndham’s name. No AC, filthy outdated property, paper-thin walls and ceilings — none of us slept. My 12-year-old was crying at 3am from heat and noise, begging to go home. Hallways look like a hospital or prison with flickering lights, bathroom door stained, dusty fake flowers, filthy ice machine — nothing appears cleaned. Staff dismissed us saying, “you’re staying for free” — insulting when we pay thousands in Wyndham HOA fees. Horrendous experience, every negative review is true

Our experience was so bad I really shouldn’t give it any stars. It is very noisy from traffic on highway 101 especially on the 1st floor ground level which the balcony is only separated from the highway by a sidewalk.The bathtub spout leaked and ran constantly. The balconies face the west sun and there is no air conditioning so the room was very hot. We were in a room right next to the elevator, stairs and the ice machine. Very nice room. Exterior of building looks a little shabby but no worries. Room is very nice! Fabulous ocean view!! Great high rated restaurant 1/2 block away. Across the street from a small park to view the ocean.
