By far cranbrooks worst hotel. First responders are there all the time dealing with overdoses due to the homeless people all living there and the safe injection given to them.
It's currently a shelter so lots clients are homeless. I'd rate it higher for sure but for this fact not very family oriented. Almost all rooms used as the local shelter
They cancelled our reservation 4 minutes before check-in time on a busy long weekend. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to another hotel for twice the price. Completely ruined our weekend travel plans. It was cancelled because they overbooked the hotel. The service staff were totally unhelpful and did nothing at all to help us find accommodation.
Very clean and quiet. Staff helped with my bags while I carried my kiddo.
