This is stupid and crazy
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My husband was locked out of our room and went to the lobby for help. Rosa was dismissive, unhelpful, and refused to call a manager when asked. Instead of treating the situation with urgency — especially knowing two small children (5 months and 3 years old) were alone in the room — she delayed and showed no concern. It took far too long to regain access. This created unnecessary stress and could have been a serious safety issue. We expected much better customer service and basic compassion... read more
