The rooms with carpet are the dirtiest ever. My socks were instantly black. The AC smells very humid eveytime we turn it on not very safe to breathe in.The ice machine here makes the ice taste like soap. The mini fridges are never cool enough to keep anything cold and are always leaking. The pool also never has enough chairs even though it's full of People. There are holes everywhere outside where im pretty sure there are animals living. It's also very expensive considering the area the hotels in. Too many homeless coming in... read more
Ami is absolutely amazing! ✨ The rooms here are fantastic, so clean and comfy! 😴 The service is top-notch, truly exceptional. And the location? El hotel no está limpio tienen ratones en el edificio, tienen un pésimo servicio al huésped, pides algo no te lo llevan hasta que lo vuelves a pedir en el baño tenía la llave quebrada de la tina pésimo servicio no vuelvo a llegar ahí nada recomendable.
El gimnasio nonesta en servicio y es mentira k dan desayuno y supuestamente k todo esta incluido y aparte entran muchos simplicios y en la alberka semeten parejas y a asen cochinadas y los niños adentro wow y disen que no dejan fumar y esta la fumadora y los hielos saben a javon y las mesas y sillas de la alberka sucias y feas y alrededor del hotel muchos tlacuaches y homeless y muy caro y donde sebaña uno la tina y el sink tapados vien sucios
