The Ladies at the Front Desk are Rude They Act like they are doing me a Favor They Act like I am getting my Room for Free Just plain Rude Our Room needed some updates and Repairs Drawers Broken Bathroom needed plaster work done Paint & Peeling Lampshades Dirty But I am Handicapped Did not want to move Room to Room The Pool area needs to be updated Cleaned Trash cans over flowing outside our Rooms The Housekeeping are Amazing
My family and i personally would love to thank all the employees at this Travelodge. Our stay became a little longer than expected and even tho we where in and out of the reception desk, giving them more work that usual, not once did they complain or deny us service. Thank you, You guys make this hotel a five star hotel. 💙
