Very good Hotel, thank you very much.
The room was very dirty. We had to change our own bedding the first night because it was filthy. Looked like black dog hair. I had asked the cleaning staff to wash the floors because they were very dirty. They didn't get washed. Our coffee, cups etc were not restocked. We had to ask for toilet paper, towels and face clothes. I wiped up a spill (water) with a white towel and it came up black. That was after I asked the floors to be washed. The room definitely could use and update but the bed was decent and the bathroom was clean. The front staff were friendly.
Diana Yankivska is a very good housekeeper in the hotel. She is friendly and very good in cleaning. The room is good and good breakfast but the shower room is dark.
