We are given 2 rooms , one of the room is dim due to busted bulb from the lampshade. It has only one lampshade unlike the room of my kids. Since we will be eating in our room i ask the front desk if she has a spare lampshade, unfortunately she will tell the boss in the morning. So i was annoyed since we will also be checking out the next day. So I told her why not borrowed from the other room which was not occupied yet. Clean Rooms. Good place if just need a place to sleep/stay and not too picky. No real compliants, average overall.

Rooms were clean. Was upset the pool was outdoors, wasn't very clear when booking that there was an outdoor pool. No hot tub. Breakfast had a good variety but the eating area is hella small. When pre-checking in online, was offered a 1 o'clock check out but wasn't valued by front desk. Claims there's no 1 o'clock options. Front desk worker knocked on our door and immediately opened it, didn't even wait for a response and my daughter and had just got outta the shower, pissed us right off.
