If I could give this place less stars I would. There customer service is horrid. We had a funeral to go to the next morning. And chose to stay at hotel. Room was pre paid online and we did check in online.everything at that point should have been smooth. Yet we were turned away at 9:15 at night due to a supposed rule not listed on their website, or on Expedia. Thank gods there was better option in town! I have never been treated so poorly. Have stayed here a couple times now and loved it each time! The rooms are clean and cozy. It's also conveniently placed in a quiet area. The diner next door also always has the best smelling food, but I unfortunately haven't made it in there yet.
My room was perfect. I had asked for a single on the ground floor for health reasons and they could not have been more accommodating. They even helped me unload my car. The attached retro diner is adorable and the staff are great!. I asked for a super simple breakfast and they were wonderful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and the diner is an extra treat!
