I stayed here while attending a conference in Anaheim. It's a bit farther away from the convention center than I anticipated by how long it takes to drive, but the cost is pretty good so I think it more than balances out. The room AC did a good job of keeping me cool at night.
Rooms are clean and it felt safe . Only thing I was upset about was my deposit taking 4-5 days to be refunded. I never had this experience at another hotel, usually it’s release upon check out . They charge your card instead of placing it on hold. Check in took 10 minutes as well . Poor customer service .
For starters it has a weird smell, the shower leaked water even if you closed the curtain and tried to prevent it. The WiFi is not the best. They charge you an additional $100 per room. The TV didn’t work. Then we got locked out of our room, and the guy in the lobby was rude to my sister went to get the card fixed he didn’t even bother to talk to my sister because he was on his phone. This place is a dump. The walls and bathroom are dirty. The guy working the desk is rude and seems to have an attitude. First room we had upstairs the toilet flushed one time and wouldn’t flush again because the water was off and the tank wouldn’t fill back up. I had to turn the water on to flush it and came to the conclusion that it constantly runs so they shut it off didn’t say anything knowing the water was off. The shower curtain had mold on it. Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming bleach smell—clearly a desperate attempt to mask some underlying stench. It was late afternoon, and we were too exhausted to demand a room change, but I wish we had. The beds were a nightmare—sheets and blankets covered in stains, stray hairs scattered everywhere, and the nightstands were filthy, complete with fake eyelashes left behind by previous guests.
