Staff was incredibly friendly. Our room was clean and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Refrigerator works great. Stayed 3 nights over Christmas. Would absolutely stay again!

I stayed here while attending a conference in Anaheim. It's a bit farther away from the convention center than I anticipated by how long it takes to drive, but the cost is pretty good so I think it more than balances out. The room AC did a good job of keeping me cool at night.
Rooms are clean and it felt safe . Only thing I was upset about was my deposit taking 4-5 days to be refunded. I never had this experience at another hotel, usually it’s release upon check out . They charge your card instead of placing it on hold. Check in took 10 minutes as well . Poor customer service .
