My Dad has been staying in this hotel for few months now, and has liked the place a lot. There’s good customer service (at least for him), room for him has been ok, and I can’t say too much about the internet because he never used it, lastly he says parking is great also. Overall he had a good an experience at the hotel.
It was dirty from the time we walked into the room was trying to just do it ut no pillow cases and pillows ask for some and towels as it had 1 and theres 2 of us got a fast shower sat on bed for about 10 min started getting bites that was the end gathered our stuff went to leave they gave back part of our money said was there so have to charge us. Besides what ever it was on the floor looked like males sample not going back wouldn't recommend at all.
Room 101 has the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. The toilet seat was broken when I walked in the room, I fixed it myself. I put trash outside on the ashtray and it was there for 4 days. I should have read the other reviews.
The service was great and the room was perfectly clean. The air worked great. Shower and bathroom very clean. The people at the front office are very nice. Parking was perfect. In a great location.
Clean room, medium size. Economic chain hotel good for travelers. Accept walk in flexible schedules. Very close to Brea Downtown. 15-20 mins to Disneykand. The almond cookie and donuts at PK Donut around corner tasted very fresh.
