Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with an overwhelming bleach smell—clearly a desperate attempt to mask some underlying stench. It was late afternoon, and we were too exhausted to demand a room change, but I wish we had. The beds were a nightmare—sheets and blankets covered in stains, stray hairs scattered everywhere, and the nightstands were filthy, complete with fake eyelashes left behind by previous guests. Decent room for the price. Quiet & felt pretty safe (We were in the back).
Worst service from this place. We had our reservations confirmation and proof of payment and they stated they could not find our reservation. They were very dismissive and unwilling to help us out. They offered a room, but wanted to charge us again. Lucky we found a room elsewhere that we're more accommodating than these people at Travelodge.
