We were in Brandon for a horse show at the Keystone Center - Our room was on the bottom floor, and we had our own outside entrance which was awesome. we were right around the corner from the pool - which had a great slide we had the pool room to ourselves most of the time. They have tried to update the rooms, it was clean, and comfortable. There were long term renters & Wildfire evacuee's in the hotel. Hotel and staff were great. Other characters visiting were interesting. We did have a pretty noisy room with the people above being up until 4am. The AC unit did great at being white noise, however, so I didn't have any issue sleeping although others in our group did.

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location but everything else is not. We booked this hotel just for an overnight rest for our long drive / road trip back to Toronto. Their site offered a different photo than the actual photo and the room is very smelly, like toilet. The hotel just offered us a freshener but the room is really bad. So we decided to go to a different hotel and left Travelodge. We can’t refund but charge to experience, never a Travelodge again.
