Came to check in and they banned me from renting a room with them because “they don’t believe I have a service dog” Stayed three other times with my service dog without issue. Pretty sure they shouldn’t be able to do this but they did.
I would give No stars if possible. They make you pay a 100.00 deposit. They WILL find something wrong to keep some if not all of your deposit. Told me a wire was missing for the light.. duh it didn't work when I got there. Kept 50. Of my deposit. Never again will I recommend this terrible place! Run from this place!
Sheets were clean, and I observed no bed bugs nor other such problems. The bathrooms were clean, except for a few long hairs left behind by someone. The breakfast was pretty non-existent, just a few tidbits, and lacking a functioning hot water tap for oatmeal. Coffee was good. Location is convenient near a major town hub (College Mall). Overall a solid 4/5 cheap hotel experience.
Great stay!!! Have stayed here several times...rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, grounds are well kept, hotel is quiet, ALL of the staff we've met have been friendly and helpful (Josh is a superstar). Great location with shopping and dining nearby. Rates are reasonable and a good value. Updating this review to reiterate this is a great place to stay.
