I travel a fair bit for work and I was very impressed! It may not look like much on the outside, but inside.... The room I had was recently renovated and clean. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The food at the restaurant Spice was very good. The breakfast offering were something I'd expect from a higher grade hotel in the Wyndham line.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I recommended this hotel to a friend whose car was in the shop nearby, and he booked a one-night stay. Unfortunately, Travelodge made an error with the booking date. As a result, he was charged in full for a night he didn’t stay, and when he tried to check in on the correct night, the hotel was fully booked. When I had an issue with a reservation the front desk staff continually hung up on me and even refused to put me in contact with management. Very poor customer service.

The rooms were recently renovated and were comfortable and convenient to stay in. I liked that we could bring our pup too. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and overall a comfortable, pleasant stay.
