I checked into this hotel at 10:40 PM. Upon arriving, everything seemed fine, but that night we discovered there was no working restroom in the room. At 4:10 AM, I attempted to use the toilet and it did not flush. I called the office for assistance, but no one answered. We had no choice but to leave at 4:30 AM, in the middle of the night, without any opportunity to relax, eat, or properly settle in. Provided convenient service with room availability upon late notification. Rooms were clean, good WiFi access, Mc Donald’s and gas station in walking distance next to Barstow Flexibus stop.

The cocking in the bathtub area needs to be replaced in room 112. Thank you so much. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were fabulous. Noise level throughout the night was minimal.

I was waiting for an hour to check in, they have comfortable rooms, no breakfast. I left my jacket in the room and it took me 4 calls before they actually turned up with it, they won't send it to me so I have to arrange a FedEx or UPs pick up eventhough I told them I would pay the shipping, I love 3 h I urs away so I have to set up the pick up when I do my shipping . I have forgotten something at other another travelodge, like my Laptop and they shipped it to me, no problem and they did not require me to pay the sipping, whi... read more
