I was waiting for an hour to check in, they have comfortable rooms, no breakfast. I left my jacket in the room and it took me 4 calls before they actually turned up with it, they won't send it to me so I have to arrange a FedEx or UPs pick up eventhough I told them I would pay the shipping, I love 3 h I urs away so I have to set up the pick up when I do my shipping . I was so impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was at this Travelodge. It truly felt like a 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to Brinda for checking us in at 12:00 AM her service was top-notch and she made us feel right at home. A perfect, spotless stay!
I stayed here 2 times in one trip, the first day the room was better than the other however overall I felt the room was not clean. In both the bathrooms the toilet bowl was clean on the top but the outer body had marks which I had to clean myself. The bathtub on one of the room had stains and the curtain is also seems not replaced for many years. Didn’t felt comfortable taking bath.
