It was a very pleasant experience at this hotel we had no problems whatsoever every request we asked for was fulfilled

We traveled 6 hours from Tucson to Banning to visit family and we wanted a pool. We rang the bell to see what time check in is and the clerk put up 3 fingers. I assume that means 3 p.m. We were told no pool until Sunday and we're booked thru Monday. We can't cancel and I would Not pay here to be without amenities. Do better Travel Lodge. Your communication skills is very poor. Also, the room was not cleaned properly. There was an empty cocktail can in a drawer and toilet wasn't flushed. There were hairs by the sink. I always love the parking and how secluded it is I never have a bad customer service experience with any of there staff the prices are great also! Now let’s talk about the rooms so much cleaner than most of the motels out here very comfortable! I highly suggest travelodge
