Our son was in a hockey tournament in Amherst and we stayed here, the staff were amazing and so accommodating. With some of our games running late the hotel extended the pool hours so the boys could enjoy themselves after their games. The breakfast was great and the hotel is well run...all and all a great stay.
My brother & his girlfriend were with a group of ATV riders who all stayed here in October 2025. One of the couples found bedbugs & advised the staff with photos. ALL the couples of this group were refunded their money EXCEPT for my brother & his girlfriend. My brother was charged for the room that THEY DIDN’T EVEN SLEEP IN. This is disgusting on all levels…..maybe the media would be interested in this story as it appears this is not the first time that BEDBUGS WERE FOUND.
A group of us held a function involving pool, lunch, meeting room. This is a place with a heart. I travelled extensively and while this may not be the "newest upscale" the staff and the service, beyond perfect. We have stayed there several times, price, cleanliness and service are what you re looking for. Well done Travelodge Amherst, Thank You
