Room was ok, we had 2 queens and a double pull out couch, they gave us 2 towels and were annoyed when we asked for more.. the “heated” pool was freezing cold. We had 2 small children that wanted to swim and couldn’t. Every time we expressed a concern, it was brushed off and told maintenance was out sick and nothing could be done. The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room for the kids to play. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else
I would like to bring to your attention a few issues in my room: The AC has power but is not cooling the room properly. The bathtub drain is almost clogged and draining very slowly. There is no hair dryer in the washroom. The TV in the room is not working. Room service has not been provided on time. So just make your mind accordingly if you are looking for good hotel. Definitely you shouldn’t even consider this one.
Rooms are too old. Need renovation. Cleaning is not done on time. Better to switch another hotel. Don’t waste your money and time. They took 30 minutes during check in

Motorcycle Rally centred at hotel. Excellent access to rooms. Comfortable beds. Great entertainment area and pool. Tasty hot breakfast. Easy access to highway, gas station and restaurants in Amherst.
