Kids loved it. Pool was great for them. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Kids loved the pancake machine.
Clean and good service but the place is definitely aging and no efforts are being made to maintain it. Including a broken elevator for many months.
Outdated but this hotel has everything! A big indoor pool, fantastic breakfast (free) Close to Walmart and other stores Right off the highway We stayed going to our vacation spot and returning home Highly recommend this place! As stated rooms are outdated but the beds are super comfortable and staff are amazing!!!
We stayed at Travelodge Amherst on both ends of a difficult journey to Newfoundland from Toronto after the passing of my mother. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such kindness and compassion that it made a hard time just a little bit easier. We were travelling with our two large dogs, and finding a place that truly welcomes pets is not always easy. The pet-friendly rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for all of us to rest.
