The room initially provided to my family was in extremely unacceptable condition. The bed and surrounding area were very dirty, and we observed what appeared to be blood stains along with insects in the bedding. We requested a room change due to these conditions, but unfortunately, the second room also had serious cleanliness issues. Additionally, there were concerns regarding charges.
