When we first stepped into the hotel you can tell right away that it was not meant to stay in this business. We went into the room and saw a cigrette burn on the bed sheet and every hallway smelled like cigarates and had paint splatters on the windows and the air conditioning was not working at all and i didnt even sleep with a blanket. Dont waste your money on this kind of establishment and save your money.

there were cockroaches and the lobby stunk like mold the elevator lights were broken the employees had no idea what they were doing they said all of the rooms were booked when there were barely anyone there we bought a non smoking room but we got a room that smells like smoke and in the sheets there were cigarette burns in them. the rooms had paint splatters everywhere the windows were not clean the air conditioning was broken and when we asked to switch rooms they said they would try to reset it and if it did not work they ... read more

The WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked two nights and only stayed for one. When we first checked in the only employee there was in the guest lounge not behind the desk. He then proceeded to read my room number out loud which is unsafe. This hotel REEKED of cigarettes and foul odor. The hallways feel like they’re over a hundred degrees and the rooms are disgusting. The worst experience ever! The pictures don’t look like how it looks in person, the customer service was horrible and these people have the nerve to give me a bed room that is already been used never cleaned! So disrespectful because money was spent and i came in from out of town. I didn’t stay in this location for more than 20 mins and demanded a refund on the spot! This place needs to be inspected and shut down!

Exceeded my expectations. Front desk was polite, room was comfy and clean, fridge and micro... move me in!! By far much better than a few ac casino hotels and non casino hotels!!
