Pros Great stay great staff wifi was strong enough bed was comfortable and it was quiet and felt like stepped back into 1980s Con no pool and crazy Karen by front door in morning
The worst hotel experience ever. Tried to give this place a chance - Not sure why, given the rating; But my options were limited due to unforeseen circumstances. The tub did not work. The tv kept going out. Gym facility sucks. Babies screaming all night. Noisy and disrespectful neighbors upstairs. And the front desk acted like they could not be bothered when alerted of these issues. This place will be shut down within the next 3-6 months, hopefully sooner. And the world will be a better place.
Good location, hardly anything else. Room was promised as a King with fridge and microwave. Got a double Queen with no micro. Place is clean, but Spartan. Materials in room said they would provide service every two days. Stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to change towels or bedding. Room also seemed to be halfway into a renovation. Spots of paint everywhere, missing tissue box in vanity, engineered wood on floor still wavy.... Absolutely no interaction with staff, no services on the premises. I've stayed here a few times. Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are clean.
A terrible place with an awful morning front desk! Be prepared that even after paying, they might refuse to check you in and won’t give you your money back! No explanations! The place is filthy, there’s drug dealing around the hotel, and the staff is rude! Just drive past and don’t stop here! You deserve better!
