The restroom from my experiences was extremely to small to close to the bedside .
Stayed for Jackson State homecoming and it’s nice and clean the staff was pleasant, friendly the cleanliness of the hotel was top tier.
Wonderful staff , especially at front desk great breakfast. The only complaint is the room did not have a bathtub ,and they required a 100 dollar deposit which they didn't mention on expedia. Very helpful ,friendly staff though ....
Staff are wonderful. This was my second stay September. It was the wonderful experience with staff is the reason I came back. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and very helpful. They had the front looking so clean with floor shining. It is an older motel that had been renovated. The second time we came to check in the front desk staff was mopping the area which was already shining. I can’t remember names. But all three I came in contact with were wonderful. Excellent customer service! The facility is so clean, you can eat off the floor! My only grip, is that the rooms are small. So are the beds, they barely fit two people. And the bathroom was so small, it was difficult to even turn around.
