Had a laptop fan go out and brought in my laptop to get fixed, thinking it had to be replaced. Turned out it was just caked with dust and got the laptop back working fine within an hour or two. Thank you!
I absolutely hate it when a company doesn't take the time or courtesy to update their website for the public. I was coming in from out of town, and although the web advertising said they were open on Saturday at 11:00, when I got to the front door Saturday was By Appointment only.! The worst part about the whole thing was that I had puttered around in Riverton all morning waiting for 11:00 to come around because that was supposedly when they opened on Saturday. Wasted my whole morning!
I sent my computer in spent a month there they got the wrong motherboard and we had it, took it back and took the computer elsewhere and where notified that they traveling computers had bent the motherboard pins before we took it back. Very unprofessional and should have been noted or prices should have been reduced
If the woman helping me had paid attention to the first two sentences I said she and I would have saved us a lot of time and energy. I told her I had reported a lost phone, and was trying to activate one and after having to buy another SIM card and wait for almost two hours before she figured out I needed to call my provider the entire time. So I'm out ten bucks and I'll never go back unless I desperately need to, even then I'll probably drive somewhere else.
