Honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The team was super attentive to the repairs I needed and was able to help me right away. They have a great selection of travel luggage as well
Had all the leather trim, handles, and side cinches on my LV neverfull replaced and they absolutely did an incredible job! It took about a month but the bag literally looks brand new. It was purchased in 2009, and now it has a WHOLE new lifespan left it in!! 100/100
I was struggling to find anyone who could repair my father's Dopp kit from the early 1960's due to the heavy leather. They were able to reline the interior and repair the broken stitching on the bottom. It is now in great condition and I could not be happier with the results.
