We rented both a stroller and a mobility scooter, and everything worked out perfectly. Both were ready and waiting at our hotel when we arrived, which made our trip so much easier. Smooth process and great service—highly recommend!
I reached out very last minute and they were extremely accommodating. The stroller we rented worked out so well. So happy it worked out and will be using the service again.
I would highly suggest looking for another stroller rental company and there are many others in the area. Something that should be simple turned out to be a huge headache. Inquired for a crib, taking time to fill out forms and payment information but never received a reply, not even a confirmation email that they received the request… kept me wondering if I would hear back, and after a few days used the contact form to reach out, but still nothing and never heard back.
