Inquired for a crib, taking time to fill out forms and payment information but never received a reply, not even a confirmation email that they received the request… kept me wondering if I would hear back, and after a few days used the contact form to reach out, but still nothing and never heard back. I needed some baby gear for our family vacation to Disneyland and my sister recommended this company. I chose to rent so that I did not have to fly into LA with all the extra baggage. I was impressed at their selection of items available for rental. Communication was easy by text. I was also able to modify my order and added an extra item by texting as well. Equipment was clean and working when we received it at our hotel. Overall, it was a great experience. Prices were average and comparable to other companies.

Would highly recommend this service. We rented a double stroller for Disneyland and it was great. We had a change in plans and needed to change our pick up time and they were very accommodating. I would use this service again.

We arrived at our hotel and our stroller was not there. I showed them the confirmation email and had my husband call the stroller rental company, thinking we were forgotten. The person my husband talked to said he had delivered it earlier that day. After checking again, and again that it was not there at the hotel, he came to our hotel, helped look for it, and last I knew was working with security to see what happened to the one he delivered. We booked a child seat for what was supposed to be a 3 week roadtrip that got shortened down to 2 weeks last minute due to flight cancellations. I didn't even think about adjusting the baby seat booking... Michelle from Traveling Baby came to drop off the seat at the original booking date, but when the car rental company told her that our arrival was delayed, she took the seat back with her and came again a few days later when we actually arrived.
