Excellent Stroller Rental & Delivery Service! We had a fantastic experience with this stroller rental service. The entire process was easy, convenient, and completely stress-free. The stroller was delivered right on time, was very clean and in great condition, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Having the stroller delivered and picked up made our trip so much easier, especially with the kids. Communication was excellent from start to finish.
I normally don’t post reviews but this stroller rental exceeded my expectations. Punctual communication and meet up. I received exactly what I ordered. I will definitely be a returning customer!! This service made traveling with kiddos so much easier!!
Communication with admin was very easy. We had a small concern in the beginning and they offered to switch out our stroller as soon as possible. Ultimately we figured it out and didn't need to switch after all. Our stroller was delivered on time and worked perfectly for our needs while at the Disney park. We added the stroller caddy and it was super convenient, definitely worth it! Our kids are 6 and 3 and they fit just great! We would definitely rent again!
We had a missed delivery on our arrival day. We contacted the company the next morning, and they were able to get us a stroller on the second day. We did have to be flexible and postpone our morning plans to accommodate the new delivery time, but they adjusted our payment to remove the first day.
