RecommendedI wanted to commend these guys for something they did during a recent appraisal. Matthew and crew came to appraise our townhouse for the buyer. While there, they were courteous, professional and quickly went about their work. When they came downstairs, Matthew asked me if I had lost some cash. YES I HAD. And it wasn't just a few dollars, it was several hundred dollars that had been intended for tip money for our movers! Inform agents and homeowners who hired you that you will not be doing the appraisal and that you are instead sending out your son/apprentice to do the appraisal. It’s a shocking surprise to get a bill with your apprentice’s name on it when the home owner and their agent are expecting to see the person’s name that they hired to do the appraisal.
