They were very professional and polite, and it didn't take them long at all to change the oil, top off the fluids, and replace my windshield wipers---everything I needed done before my trip. Like most places do they had a t.v. going in the waiting room, but they also had a nice bench outside so I could sit and study while waiting.
I run a specific oil in my truck (Kenall synthetic), the only oil that has ever been in it since it was new. Not everyone has this oil, always used a place in North Carolina where I'm originally from. I called TR Quick Lube to see it they had it, I was told that they would have it there when I got there. I told them I would be there within the hour. When I got there and pulled my truck in, they asked if I was the one that called, and I told them I was.
