My boyfriend and his grandparents went there around 9:30 pm to move all of their storage from two units to one because the price was going up and they couldn't afford having two units. they were there for an hour and when they tried to get out, the gate would not open for them. i drove over to see if i could try it from the outside and it would not work. we called the owner who would not answer and they finally had to call the non emergency police.
