I had a very disappointing experience with Terese from Travelers Insurance. After my water heater flooded my home, she was assigned to handle the claim. Unfortunately, the process was extremely confusing and poorly managed. Multiple companies were sent to perform work, and during that time a piece of my kitchen countertop was removed and never returned. Had them about 8 months now, cause they were cheap. But they have got to be the rudest, laziest, worst people i've ever had the displeasure of communicating with. I have called them and been stuck on hold for hours at a time, for 3 or 4 times now, trying to GET HOME AND AUTO INSURANCE TOGETHER> I have car insurance. I'm trying to give them MORE MONEY. Unimpressed. This company took 2 months to settle a claim that could have been settled in a month if they knew what they were doing. I expect my insurance company to know what is required in the state i am in to release a vehicle to them and not tell me the lot wants something else that is not needed. You should show up with all the required documents and demand the car. I did notice my car is now for sale in UT after being told it was totaled. how does that work as the title should be salvage at that point. Something shady ... read more
Do not consider travelers insurance, they DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE INSURED. Adjustor low balls estimates to where it wont cover what is needed to repair damages and when trying to contact anyone up the chain of command, No ONE IS AVAILABLE. They do NOT take care of the insured. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Wish i could give less stars
