Not a good insurance company. Once you get in an accident even if it’s not your fault they will make a claim in your name for you with out consent. It’s hard for you to speak with an actual agent. I called and had agents hang up on me and transfer the call with no help. Not a good insurance for a time and need. They also made me pay for my own rental
Worst insurance company ever!! Why pay premiums when they deny your first claim in over 30 years! There was a terrible hail storm that broke my skylight and damaged my roof. Travelers denied it saying it's WEAR AND TEAR. I will be escalating the claim and will definitely be moving ALL my insurance to another company. This is ridiculous!!!!
I received a cancellation notice on june 24th. My insurance would be cancelled june 30th unless i repaired the roof. I had only started insurance with them on June 1st. This left me 4 business days to repair the roof before cancellation. I called immediately. Could not get detail on what needed to be repaired, nor the inspection report, even though i called while they still had 3 hours in their workday. Now im down to 3 business days to perform the repair and still have not been provided the inspection report. I have filed a... read more
Very shady company. They misdirect people, they misrepresent their process in order to screw all parties involved. Jacob Canava at travelers is a dishonest person, and should be avoided at all costs, as he blatantly lied to multiple people, and took advantage of am elderly lady. This should be illeagal.
