My auto and home premiums were not debited through scheduled autopay. I have called three (3) times and received a different answer each time. When I logged in, I could not view both accounts. I was prompted to link accounts. I tried repeatedly but it will not accept either the billing account or the policy numbers which I verified on paper documents received from Traveler's. This company has an agent Linda Tartoni. Linda is a terrible insurance adjuster. I have been asking for pain management for my neck two years later and three doctors , a lawyer and a hearing later they are just getting around to my neck.. travelers schemes doctors by having no more than one doctor per body part so for the neck and shoulder it is two different doctors. I've had a great experience with them when filing claims.
I have been on hold for 1 hr just trying to get a proof of insurance. I'd say customer service is lacking.
We have been grossly mistreated and lied to by Travelers Insurance as soon as we filed our first homeowners claim in over 5 years as multi-policy holders. A claim that we provided countless evidence and supporting documentation on. We firmly believe that Travelers Insurance, and all the Employees involved in our claim, are engaging in unfair and predatory claim denial tactics to try and protect their own profits. This needs to be investigated.
