DO NOT stay here unless you want to be infected by bed bugs, be poisoned by spiders and get bitten by tics. I can not believe this place is allowed to be running. I walked in to my room, saw what my pictures show and more and checked out. Was only gonna stay here because all Hiltons were full due to conventions. I went to the best western in Heritta or something. Great place. Go there, driven 20 minutes is much better then risking your health in this place. Thier pictures they have must be from when they opened 20 years ago.
The pictures online are a lie. The blankets all have blood on them the room is disgusting. The shower curtain is covered in mold. The doors look like they been kicked in. The people who live here are very loud at night and no one does anything about it. People sit outside getting drunk and doing drugs. No one answers the phone in the front desk. Service is very bad. Muy mala experiencia. El personal fue grosero, poco profesional y nada servicial. El servicio al cliente fue terrible y no mostraron interés en resolver los problemas. No recibimos el trato que esperábamos y quedamos muy decepcionados. No recomiendo este hotel y no volveré.
Una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. Hicimos nuestra reserva con anticipación y esperábamos recibir un servicio profesional, pero desde nuestra llegada todo fue un desastre. El personal fue grosero, poco amable y completamente indiferente a nuestras preocupaciones.
