Made a reservation online, called to confirm there would be no additional charges. Spoke to a desk clerk who gave the name of Travis or Thomas, I can't remember now. He confirmed that we were good. We had traveled for hours that day, arrived with 2 small children after midnight, the man at the desk had no name tag, told us we had no reservation. I asked him is your name Travis (or Thomas)? Found a drugs crack pipe in my room. Dirty garage bin. Dirty sheets. No soap. Dirty garbage. I refused to stay in that room. They refused to give my another room. They said we are full. They refused refund. Refused to cooperate with third party booking. Called police. Filed a report. They removed the crack pipe. I checked in next door. Lost my money. Their reply. “See you in court!”

God where do I even begin, blood stains on the bed sheets, constant buzzing bathroom lights, the room smells of cigarettes and waste, bathroom was unbearable to look at, AC barely working, it’s just a total disaster for the love of god DO NOT COME HERE!!
