NIGHTMARE! Avoid this property! I have never had this terrible of customer service in my life. I managed a hotel for a decade and was absolutely appalled at the level of disrespect exhibited by their front desk staff. I was traveling with friends. 5 hours away from home, booked several weeks in advance. The worst hotel I've ever tried to book. We were 9 hours from home and 3 away from the hotel when I called to confirm our booking and see about checking in late because we wouldn't arrive til about 11pm or so only to find out the property cancelled ours and the couple we were traveling with reservations with no notifications or warning. When I tried to find out why and get the issue resolved they banned us from showing up to the property and wouldn't give me my money back I still am fighting for a refund through them and boo... read more

For the love of everything clean and holy....run....run fast away from this tragically filthy place. Black mold in a.c., scary vagrants sitting outside, no toilet paper, no towels, heavily stained EVERYTHING, complimentary dog bowl...and a visiting cockroach literally crawled across the carpet to greet us. This place should be raided and condemned. Unfathomable filth. I'm so sorry for anyone who has ever opened the door to a room here.

We are not picky when it comes to hotels to stay in on the road and we have stayed at some bad ones. This was cheap and on the way, and man was this a mistake!! Avoid this place if you love yourself! Roaches, trash everywhere, no bed sheet, no pillow casses, stained mattress (looked like blood and pee to us), the bathroom toilet had a thick layer of either fecal matter or urine that hasnt been scrubbed in years, ive used sketchy gas station bathrooms that looked and smelled better, strong urine smell throughout the whole roo... read more
