My brothers claim was approved in 2 weeks and cheque mailed to our house.Tiziana Russo was amazing with her communication skills and doing things in timely manner.
My adjuster never picks up my call. Its been 6 months my claim is in process. these guys are giving me serious mental trauma and financial stress as I am still paying for the vehicle which got total loss in an accident. These people care not to reply to their clients I believe. Most of the time my adjuster is on vacation every other week I email her I get ***ABSENT ALERT*** email. This is so annoying why they have hired people when there is no one to work!!! I do not recommend anyone to buy insurance from this company.
Horrible people working at this Company. Worst Insurance Company in Canada. Especially the people at the Oakville location. Absolutely horrendous.
Terrible experience with Travelers Canada. Over 6 weeks and the total loss claim still isn’t finalized. Repeated valuation errors, ignored key features, and dismissed recent major repairs (OEM battery, front brakes) as irrelevant. Even after I complained, nothing changed — same person, more mistakes.
