Horrible people working at this Company. Worst Insurance Company in Canada. Especially the people at the Oakville location. Absolutely horrendous.
Terrible experience with Travelers Canada. Over 6 weeks and the total loss claim still isn’t finalized. Repeated valuation errors, ignored key features, and dismissed recent major repairs (OEM battery, front brakes) as irrelevant. Even after I complained, nothing changed — same person, more mistakes. Worst insurance company with no care for the customer, sky high premiums above $1000
I left a call me back message to my adjuster on last Thursday morning and I just got a phone call today on Monday after a week of a collision happened. I was told that I have to pay for the rental car if my vehicle still drivable even though the collision was not my at fault. You guys are the one who approved a rental car for me with no specific details. Additionally, it seems like my auto adjuster doesn’t work on Friday :(
