If you’re insured with this company, I highly suggest finding a new provider as soon as possible, especially if you own a high-value vehicle and want to actually be protected. My vehicle was stolen over 30 days ago. I haven’t heard from my adjuster Kyle Peters in over two weeks, there has been no payout, and they are refusing to cover a rental vehicle. Scam, just like all insurance. Almost ruining my boyfriend’s life because Canada post is on strike, and they mailed a cheque knowing this. Rental expired for their pathetic two week rental and my boyfriend now has no way to get to work and we haven’t received the money for an accident that wasn’t his fault. Insurance is such a SCAM. Don’t worry people are catching on. Won’t be in business much longer.
