Posting on the behalf of my mom. I do not recommend this auto insurance company at all. They will make mistakes. When they remove money from your paycheck you will not always know when a mistake has been made. They charged my mom for a totaled car for 15 months. Right now she is struggling to retrieve her money from them.
My apartment was broken into and trashed, can't even go in my bedroom anymore. Never missed a payment. Travellers decides to not cover the incident on a technicality. Do not do business with them.
NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. BEEN DEALING WITH THEM SINCE JAN 10, 2019, WHEN A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS HIT OUR TRUCK, THEY TOOK CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER FIRST AND HAS BEEN PUTTING US THROUGH PURE HELL EVER SINCE. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO GET ANYTHING THING ACCOMPLISHED WITH. CALLED AGAIN TODAY AND THEY CLOSED MY CLAIM OUT WITH THE TRUCK STILL HAVING SUPPLEMENTS AND DAMAGE. THIS IS BS..... Had insurance at my work through here! Nothing but headaches! Doesn’t want to pay part of a workman’s comp claim! I personally sent them info from work saying they’re liable and still nothing! Guess an attorneys the next step! Pretty cut and dry case for one.
