I was told via email that I had to provide this insurance company with my adult child’s personal information or they would cancel my policy. I had been a customer for several years and my adult child did not reside with me and had his own vehicle. Honestly words cannot even describe how angry I am right now. Me and my friends decided to go on a hike at 6 AM to a place called Samish Overlook. On our way up it was super dark so we didn’t see the ice or snow, but as we gradually go up even more the ice condition worsen. Don't recommend. Get your insurance from anywhere else other than Travelers. Save yourself a big headache!
Travelers is an absolute trash company (just like all insurance companies) but the people i have dealt with are inconsiderate not helpful and just rude. I ended up paying well over my deductible after theives drilled my gas tank. Travelers wouldn't comply with the 3 auto shops in consulted with and insisted I install a used tank which the auto shops refused to install. Travelers sucks the big one find your insurance elsewhere
At my condo, there has a flood a couple of floors above me that leaked into my unit. I was unaware of this and when told made my claim. This company sent an unlicensed contractor to create an estimate for the coverage. They shared that the numbers could change if I provide the reasoning. When I shared that the flooring selected was more expensive due to making alignments on the wall due to the thickness instead of buying additional materials and extra labor services by the licensed contractor I hired, they denied this and ba... read more
