At my condo, there has a flood a couple of floors above me that leaked into my unit. I was unaware of this and when told made my claim. This company sent an unlicensed contractor to create an estimate for the coverage. They shared that the numbers could change if I provide the reasoning. They are blanket gouging the whole state of Washington with car premium increases bc they don't know how to write policies for new Tesla fools. The one claim I made with them years ago, they charged me back the whole pay out over the next year. Truly a bunch of disgusting grifters
Should have Minus scores for companies with as poor service at this. We were paying around $950 per month for $1.9MM policy and Fernando Gallegos with State Farm secured us a $3.9MM for $475 per month with all the other usual items included, Liability etc
Terrible company
First they sign a contract I paid them money and then they call and ask additional questions if I don't answer they cancel the contract. Scam.
