If you don’t mind sharing the parking lot with a bunch of transients and homeless people begging for money. Lot is a mess with trash and run down campers and vehicles everywhere. The laundry room is 3 washers and three dryers and good luck getting in to wash your clothes not that you’d want to stay in there to wash with the nasty mildew smell.
