Cashier stood up the line waiting on a customers kid to run out and find more change because they were paying their whole transaction with coins. Manager told him to cancel the transaction to move the line and he refused and continued to wait for the kid. Cashier said he doesnt care about customers and said "Either they can wait, or leave." He also said he did not cate about his job because he was leaving anyway. Will not return to this place. Horrible customer service and very slow.

I came to this truck stop to get the papers for the paper lot. I met a guy at the counter and he said, "The email is not working, you fix it." I sent it on fax and another guy came and said, There was no solution to the papers I asked for and I had to stand and wait and still leave empty-handed.

This TA Travel Center has plenty of space and overall it’s a decent stop for the road. The pizza is actually quite tasty, which is a nice surprise. That said, the restrooms could use more frequent cleaning, and the showers definitely need attention as well. Fuel prices here are on the higher side compared to other places. Customer service is friendly enough, but the cashiers could be more responsive and efficient—usually only one of the four registers is open, which makes the line move slowly. Cashiers always seem to be in a bad mood not a good way to keep a customer coming back in the I haven’t stoped here in a bout 5 years for the same reason still the same old dirty place the fuel island had maggots on the the floor seems like the fuel island ever saw a pressure washer before the parking is big lot but you have to pay no free parking unless you put a certain amount of fuel must enter a gate grab your ticket if you lose your ticket you have to $250.00 that’s crazy not the best place to stay for me I had no choic... read more
