Absolutely the most unprofessional & disorganized business I've ever dealt with in any capacity! Why am I not able to leave negative stars for this group of incompetent jokes? It took 3 & a half months to fight my "good sam" membership ID out of these people. Supposed to have had it with the initial paperwork I left the location with. Noone will return a phone call in a timely fashion. If you do business with this location, be mindful of the paperwork you sign. I attended Camping World RV Sales for a simple oil change for my rented RV - we are a family from Australia doing a big road trip around the USA and had put some big miles on our unit! We were also experiencing some issues with our fridge, and the team here kindly had a look and appear that they may have resolved it. After visiting the Dallas RV show (about ten days ago), we have visited several RV dealerships (Rockwall, Denton, Canton and Alvarado locations to name a few) trying to narrow down an RV that meets our budget as well as our lifestyle. We had a great experience working with Michael Graham to trade in our smaller travel trailer to upgrade to a larger trailer! We were very pleased with the value we received on our trade-in and the net cost of the larger trailer. The service technician Angel did an outstanding job of preparing our purchased trailer for delivery and answering any questions about the trailer parts/functions.
