New RV owners here! Wife and I had a problem that we thought was major with the electric tongue lift. We pulled into Camping World Lewisville and Allen H in the service department was more than happy to assist with what was only a blown fuse. Allen never hesitated to help and provided first class service. I will go to see Allen for any of my RV needs.
Smooth process, start to finish!
Purchased a travel trailer in February. Here are the list of issues. Tried to contact manager several times with no response. 1. Was told Maintenance Plan was 5 years, form says 4. 1. Gave us blank form at time of sale 2. Contacted 3 times, little to no response. Finally resolved after threatening to escalate. 2. No After Sale follow-up 1.
