Buyers Beware!!! Lewisville location misguided me into a defective trailer that they sold as new. Trailer came with many horrible defects that the G.M. Bryan’s, demeanor was absolutely degrading as per his emails which the corporate customer service manger, Luana, stood by…What they refer to as “trying to help” was a disgusting run of deceit into wanting to patch up, alter and modify this”new” trailer…thank goodness due to their deceptive ways and actions, i was able to return this trailer and walk away for good …keep going ... read more
Honestly we got a trailer but customer service lacks 100 percent. Wasn't easy getting the financing I will not deny that. First we want a brand new 2026 trailer. adrian ( one of the nice ones) takes my card to out a deposit. No problem go ahead but apparently never charged my card. Didn't know that! Then a week and a half later Michael says the unit sold ok fine wants to give me a used 2025. In the end a guy gives us the stock number to the unit and stock number says new 2025 great we will take it. Things move forward then p... read more
We had a great visit to Camping World in Lewsiville. Chett was very helpful and informative. He sold us the perfect trailer for our needs. We're excited to get on the road! Highly recommend!
The used car salesman vibe was enough to make me leave. The constant calls and trying to contact me, after I reply STOP is really getting annoying.
