Horrible clinic. Upcharged vaccines. They pressure you to take vaccines to make the most money. Insurance only covers half of vaccinations. If I could, I would give 0 stars. Please save your money and go to a pharmacy instead like Freshco where you get instant coverage deducted from vaccines immediately instead of claiming it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS CLINIC.
. It took a lot of time to get the actual travel vaccine. Harpreet was the most helpful from the entire clinic. The doctor was not the friendliest one and made the experience weird. Plan to be here for about 2 hours, even with an appointment. The only reason why I give 3 and not 2 is Harpreet (front desk). She was helpful. The rest, terrible.
When I booked the appointment, I specifically mentioned that I had another appointment afterwards. I was asked to arrive early so I could be seen on time and was reassured that I would be seen promptly if I come right at 10am. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested, but the practitioner wasn’t available. Every time I asked the receptionist for an update, I was told it would be “just a few more minutes,” but the wait kept getting longer.
