In June 2020 I called travel trailers and they had a 18ft pontoon boat for sale. I was told that the boat ran but might need a battery. the depth finder they could not find and still have not got it. The battery was dead, even with a new battery i could not get the boat running . Took it to a local boat shop and they said their motor is shot I called John and told him about it. Rude, high prices, argumentative, and contracted himself in adjoining sentences. Thank goodness there ARE other places to take my business and my money.
My kids and I go in to ask about a camper price. The girl working looks at us and walks past us and asked another lady if she can help her. The lady says " they were here first" and then proceeds to help the lady and ask some other people that walked in after if she can help them. So I won’t be returning.

Exceptional service! After our old a.c. quit working Dan hooked us up with a new unit. He was very knowledgeable on what kind of camper we had and what unit would work the best for us! We installed it ourselves and the difference is more than we ever dreamed of. Highly recommend this business!!!!
Outrageous prices on hours after not even being able to fix the problem! My parents waiting two weeks for an appointment and after their RV sat for 10 days, they called only to find out they hadn't even looked at it yet! Go somewhere...anywhere else!
I used to work here and these people are amazing. The service they give and how they treat people and thier staff are amazing as well.
These are great people with terrific service. I would highly recommend them for any RV service. We had a Fridge problem that had been looked at by three different RV Dealers and they could not fix it. The techs here were very knowledgeable and fixed the problem on a timely basis.
