Pam is so incredibly thorough and responsive. She makes all of our Travel One vacations so much more relaxing- all we have to do is show up! She's done everything else.
We had a fabulous trip to Barcelona and Lisbon with the help from Martha Aas. The hotels were great; the tours were awesome. Three of the 4 tours were private and we thank Martha for setting those up. We had the best tour guides; they were very detailed on the history on all the tours. Thank you very much Martha and Travel One!!!
*** update they made it happened moved mountains made you appreciate why folks still use travel services. Great job was upset they handled it well.
Resort was clean, restaurants were good, customer service was very good.
