(Update): After a phone call with Dan from Travel Nurse Tax, the correct steps were taken to rectify this situation. The original problem still occurred but I believe the recovery here outweighed the mistake and we plan to give this service another opportunity to fulfill our tax needs next year. My wife and I used this service to file our taxes this past year. We worked the same exact travel contracts but when we received our tax returns we noticed hers looked very different than mines. They wanted us to schedule a phone call but that probably would’ve required more money to speak with someone. Through our own research we realized an error was committed by Travel Nurse Tax and pointed it out to them.
