Super freundliches Praxisteam und toller Service. Ich kam spontan als Tourist in die Praxis, da ich dringend eine Impfung brauchte. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Kann ich nur empfehlen! :)
The front desk service is just horrible. I was booked by phone for the dengue vaccine for me and my family. When I made the booking by phone, they never explained that the appointment was just for a consultation with the doctor and not the vaccination. Also, during the call, I explained that our departure is 7th January and the booking was for 2nd of January. Even though the doctor decided we are eligible for vaccination, we will not have enough time to proceed with it. The ladies at the front desk didn't offer any help, and... read more
