I want to thank Dr. Stephanie and Nurse Louise for their compassion and their thoroughness in my visit for travel vaccinations. I didn't feel pressured at all to get the vaccinations that I need for my upcoming trip. It's comforting and reassuring to have doctors and nurses who truly care about their patients, even though they could be a one-off patient. Booking and enquires over the phone were a breeze too.

The front desk service is just horrible. I was booked by phone for the dengue vaccine for me and my family. When I made the booking by phone, they never explained that the appointment was just for a consultation with the doctor and not the vaccination. Also, during the call, I explained that our departure is 7th January and the booking was for 2nd of January.
