Cat Terrebonne is awful. She was rude, dishonest and condescending. I was owed a large refund on a school trip and had to chase down my money. Ultimately I received about half after multiple calls over many months. Further, the trip she planned for the 8th grade Washington DC trip was terrible. Most of the itinerary was not even in DC and the places visited were not even close to being the most popular attractions.
